I bought this a few months ago, but I didn't want to leave a review until I got my cholesterol & triglycerides test results back. I was told back in July that my cholesterol was high and the doctor wanted me to go on cholesterol medication. I went to pick up the prescription and was totally freaked out by the side affects listed. So, instead of taking what was prescribed I decided to try something less evasive to my body. This product works! I went to the doctor yesterday and my cholesterol numbers are normal and my triglyceride numbers are the lowest my doctor has seen. I'm grateful for this product and will continue to purchase.
